The Cessna 172 is arguably the most popular light aircraft in the world, and for good reason.  Its versatility and utility make it one of the most-demanded aircraft available.  With a cruise speed of just over 130 miles-per-hour, it makes flying the logical alternative to driving.  The roomy cabin, four seats, and performance lend to the overall usefulness of this superbly-handling aircraft.  

  • IFR Equipped and Certified
  • 4 Seats
  • 180 Horsepower (a 160HP engine boosted by 20HP with the installed PowerFlow tuned exhaust)

Hourly Rate:

  • $85 per-hour, wet.  If fuel is purchased off-field, the cost will be credited to the account of the member.
  • Starting September 15, 2005 the Cessna 172 will be $80 per-hour.  This increase is due to the increase in the cost of fuel.
