EAA Helps WFC with Hangar
The year 2005 started as anyone would expect; with a snow storm dumping several inches of snow, followed by freezing rain, and then more snow. The usual problem of having light powdery snow on the wing suddenly became an issue of small glaciers forming. Enter the local chapter of the Experimental Aircraft Association and its members, some of whom are known as members of the notorious "Round Table." When howling winds threatened, WFC aircraft were pulled into the protection of the large EAA hangar. Thanks to the EAA, the members of the Warsaw Flying Club have been able to use their aircraft, regardless of what the weather did the night before.
