LESSON OBJECTIVE:

During this lesson, the student will continue to review full and partial panel instrument flight and become more familiar with related systems and equipment falfunctions. The student will also be introduced to additional full/partial panel instrument maneuvers and procedures.

COMPLETION STANDARDS:

The student will, using partial panel instrument reference, maintain altitude +/-200 feet, heading +/-15 degrees, airspeed +/-15 knots, and desired climb and descent rate +/-150 feet per minute. The student will also demonstrate a basic understanding of IFR systems operation and recognize systems and equipment malfunctions.
